Delivery & Return

​Taking care of our customers and following the guidelines under Australian Consumer Law is our tremendous priority. These are our delivery, refund, and return policies.

Delivery

 

Delivery Time & Area

We deliver your goods safely and on time across Australia Monday to Friday during business hours with the support of various local and national distributors.

Once you place an order, it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Metro deliveries usually take 2 to 5 business days. Regional, rural, and remote deliveries may take up to 10 business days depending on your location. 

We cannot deliver to a PO Box, Parcel Post Locker, or Private/Locked Bag.

 

Please note we do not ship internationally.

 

Delivery Fees

We aim to provide the best quality products at a reasonable price. Please enjoy our free, expedited delivery service in metro areas of NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, and SA (bulky items excluded). Though we strive to cover the freight costs on customer orders, please request a freight quote via info@jooyes.com.au or our contact page if you are in rural and remote areas due to the increasing freight costs. 

Additional delivery charges may incur for bulky items. Due to potential discrepancies in the shipping calculator's estimation, our team may contact you regarding any additional delivery fees. You will have the option to proceed with the payment or, if preferred, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

 

If an address is incorrect, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the incorrect address, if the product has already been shipped.

 

Please note that assistance may be required in unloading the item once delivery to the destination is made. Our couriers deliver to the building entrance only. Changing the delivery address post-order will incur a redirection fee.

 

Refund & Exchange

Change Of Mind

Exchange or refund of unwanted goods can be made within 14 days since you receive your order on the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A copy of your original sales invoice or delivery docket is enclosed.

  • Delivery fees will be at the cost of the purchaser.

  • A minimum 10% restocking and return fee will be applied. This may vary according to the size of the order.

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform our Customer Service Team via info@jooyes.com.au or our contact page. The item from the original order will first be returned and inspected. Once your returned item passes inspection, a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed.

Alternatively, you can request a refund with full price purchasing. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We are not liable for the loss of an item being returned. We recommend that you return goods using registered mail.

 

Replacement & Repaired

You're entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced part/s if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Defective, Damaged Or Faulty Items

Please inspect the items once you receive your order and notify us of any damage or faults immediately or in a reasonable time.

In the case of major failure (defective, damaged, unsafe items; items that are significantly different from the descriptions; items that have unacceptable quality issues), you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund. Please attach images or videos of these items as well as a copy of the original sales invoice to communicate any problems with the products. We will cover the cost of return shipping and endeavor to arrange delivery.

 

In the case of faulty items, an exchange or refund can be made if you ensure that

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • A copy of your original sales invoice or delivery docket is enclosed.

 

Once the returning items are received and pass inspection, our Service Team will process replacement or refund.

 

While we continue to serve our customers’ needs, we reserve the right to reject your refund and return if the returned items are damaged due to your misuse of them.
