By utilizing birch plywood substrates instead of precious solid wood, we minimize environmental impact while maintaining high-quality standards. Our products are designed to be environmentally friendly, non-polluting, and non-toxic.
Jooyes meticulously selects certified Super E0 birch plywood as the primary material for all our products. Each board is crafted from multiple layers of solid wood panels and adheres to stringent Australian standards. Additionally, we use only glutinous rice as the adhesive, ensuring no harmful chemical binders are present in our furniture.
In Australia and New Zealand, plywood products are subject to stringent regulations to ensure they are safe for use in various applications, including educational furniture. The AU/ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) standards for plywood focus on controlling and minimizing harmful emissions from building materials, ensuring the safety of children and a healthy indoor environment.
The main material we use in all our products is certified with Super E0 which meets AU/ANZ standards. "Super E0" indicates that the plywood has extremely low levels of formaldehyde emissions (equal to or less than 0.3 mg/l)—essentially negligible. This makes it a highly eco-friendly option compared to other types of plywood.
